One-on-One Support Tailored to You
You want to make changes in your life, but you feel stuck. Maybe you know exactly what you would like to be different, or maybe you just have a sense that something needs to shift. It’s normal to feel overwhelmed and unsure where to start. Working with a coach can help you feel more grounded, supported, and discerning about your next step.
When considering hiring a coach, you may think you “should” be able to do this on your own. I get it. I’ve felt that way myself many times. In reality, we need other people. I became a coach, in part, because I have benefited so much from working with coaches myself.
We need support, a sounding board, and an accountability partner. As humans, we are hard-wired for connection. We need other people on our team. Trying to go it alone is overrated when it comes to making intentional, sustainable shifts in your life.
Individual coaching provides a safe and supportive space for you to work one-on-one with a compassionate listener. As a coach, I will partner with you to define what you seek from our coaching relationship. I will empower you to pursue your goals while maintaining self-care, kindness to yourself, and alignment with your values.
I offer coaching sessions virtually via Zoom video conference. As a full-time attorney and mom, I offer coaching sessions on Monday-Wednesday between 5-9PM EST.
