I help lawyers who are mentally, physically, emotionally, or spiritually exhausted from the high-pressure demands of the legal profession to feel more connected to their hopes and dreams, inner truths, what brought them to the law in the first place.  


I offer movement and embodiment practices, rest and meditation practices, and one-on-one coaching sessions.  


I have been a practicing attorney since 2007, with experience in judicial, government, private practice, and in-house counsel roles. 


However, I haven’t always been a happy lawyer. For many years, I  dreamed of many back-up plans and escape routes from the legal profession. Once, I even quit my job as a junior associate at a law firm to start a creme brulee business. But I quickly returned to the legal profession.  


Fast forward to 2021, and I can honestly say that I enjoy working as an attorney most days. I enjoy my colleagues. My stress level is low. My job does not detract from my focus on friends and family.  


The legal profession hasn’t changed. I have.  By incorporating movement, meditation, and rest into my life, I’ve learned how  to approach my work from a place of love and compassion rather than fear and anxiety.  


Now, I am passionate about helping lawyers and paralegals achieve peace of mind and a greater sense of calm. Clients describe me as grounded, level-headed, and a good listener.
