We need support, a sounding board, and an accountability partner. As humans, we are hard-wired for connection. We need other people on our team. Trying to go it alone is overrated when it comes to making intentional, sustainable shifts in your life.
Individual coaching provides a safe and supportive space for you to work one-on-one with a compassionate listener. As a coach and lawyer myself, I understand the unique challenges you face. I will support you in practicing self-care, kindness to yourself, and aligning more and more with your values.
I offer coaching sessions virtually via Zoom video conference. As a full-time attorney and mom, I offer coaching sessions on Monday-Wednesday between 5-9PM EST.
